2. Our delivery facilities include door to door service as well as door to port service with 3 shipping options: COURIER, AIR PLANE, CONTAINER. We had special contract rate from DHL for retail and wholesale shipment.

They have all been proven to work with us well and deliver products in the safest way, always providing accurately updated information, such as detailed delivery positions, departing time, the position of the goods when they are running and arrival time. All is presented accurately and includes a complete export document.

3 TYPES OF SHIPPING FACILITIES

COURIER (OUR BEST PARTNER IS DHL)

1. For shipments in small quantities, the best choice is via courier such as DHL, TNT, UPS, EMS, and FedEx. Generally, they will arrive at your address in 5-10 days with door-to-door service facilities.
2. If the customer has an account, you can send it through your own account and they will bill it directly to your account. It is usually billed within a period of 1 month after delivery.
3. If the delivery is through our account, all shipping costs that we handle must be paid in advance before the goods depart. We have a special partnership with DHL and have a special rate that you can compare with your account. If your account is cheaper, then we should ship with your account.
4. For delivery by courier, we provide special facilities to customers. If you want to send to many store locations or directly to customers, then we can provide this service. With this service, customers don't need to report to arrange re-delivery to every store or customer, you simply need to provide information on what the order/product is, as well as where to send it (shipping lists and shipping address).
5. The service of the courier is door to door.

AIR PLANE

1. If your shipment is larger, then we recommend using air freight facilities where you can get your goods at cheaper shipping cost than the courier with relatively the same delivery time.
2. The rate for air shipments is door to airport. From the airport the customer must find a custom broker to take care of and remove your goods from the custom and send it to your office/warehouse.
3. If your order is larger than 3 cubic meters, and you have a long enough time to receive the product, we recommend that you ship it by ocean freight. With this delivery you will get very cheap shipping costs and it will be cheaper if you send in larger quantities or in full containers.

CONTAINER

1. Rate with ocean freight can be done by door to port or port to port (FOB)
2. You need to check the import or duty tax that corresponds to every import shipment. This tax differs from country to country, so ensure you’ve seen how much the duty tax is for your location. You can check with the import broker or check the custom web in each country for the product you are importing.
