PROCEDURE

1. We handle starter or small businesses, as well as larger corporation.
2. For startups, it usually requires more time as they are less sure of their needs, and are not as experienced, or have as much knowledge.
3. For those who have worked with us in the past, it will be faster as they are more acquainted with how we work.
4. For more information, we recommend you read our FAQ, as we provide information on commonly asked questions and important insights to Bali Sarong.
5. We also recommend you communicate with us 1 – 2 months prior to production to allow us to clarify the products you want (sample).

HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR ENQUIRE

1. Please send us either a physical sample of the product you would like us to duplicate, with detailed information on any adjustments you would like us to make, including changes in style, color, shape, size, or labels.
2. If not, send us pictures of the design you have in mind with detailed and clear information regarding the size, measurements, color, style, shape, fabric, labels, quantity, and destination.
3. Please also send us a spec sheet for each style and item, which includes the measurements and fabric, not hand sketches.
4. New customers are typically less experienced, and hence do not give us complete information.
5. If this is the case, please just send as much information as you can 1 – 2 months prior to leave time for discussion to clarify or explain and work from there as we may also be in production of another order.
