THINGS TO PAY ATTENTION

SOURCING OF RAW MATERIALS OR OWN PRODUCTION
PT. Asia Garment Internasional has a range and source of fabric sources of your choice ranging from rayon, cotton, and linen as the focus of our production or custom designs in our in-house facilities with tie dye, die plain, printing, hand painting, batik stamp processes and others.

SOURCING ACCESSORIES
PT. Asia Garment Internasional provides all kinds of accessories which include buttons, buckles, drawstrings, gemstones, magnetic buttons, zippers, hard fabrics, ribbons, shells, tassels, coconut shells, and others. All we provide in one package amongst other production facilities

PATTERN, SAMPLE APPROVAL AND PRODUCTION
  1. The key to quickly producing the perfect sample is receiving accurate design specifications from you. It also helps us by reducing fabric waste during the fabric cutting process so that we can work in a more efficient way.
  2. We use the seam measurements you provide to make one accurate sample. If you have a ready-made sample or images, it is easier for us to duplicate it, in addition to all the information in more detail.
  3. If there is embroidery, sequins, special sewing patterns, special labels with special woven fabrics, special tags with special paper and special types of writing, then please provide more detailed information so that it is easier for us to make samples.

GRADE ALL SIZES & START MASS PRODUCTION
  1. After one sample is approved, we will make a size grading if the order requires a size grading, but if it is a one size fits all, then we will make the sample directly as a guide for production. We adjust grading size to international standards or according to special requests.
  2. After the sample is finished, we will send the photo or physical sample to the customer if it is needed for approval or requires adjustments. We will revise if there is a revision request.
  3. If you agree, then we will mass produce according to the approved sample after you have paid a minimum deposit of 50%.
  4. We will start production when all raw materials and accessories have also received approval from the customers and the raw materials are available.
  5. At every stage of production, both the production of raw materials, accessories and the production of main clothing, we will ensure that the quality control of each critical point stage can go according to plan to get the best results and to always update progress to our customers.
  6. If we find a discrepancy, we will inform the customer for approval or re-production. We act as if the customer controls eyes in all production lines up to the final product, including packing and shipping.

LABELS, HANG TAG & PACKAGING
  1. PT. Asia Garment Internasional manufactures all kinds of labels, tags, packing and other accessories.
  2. If there is something that we don't produce, then we will look for it to the available sources so that everything is sorted out in one of our management and customers don't have to bother looking for it elsewhere, so customers can concentrate on sales and marketing only.
  3. If you need special specifications such as usable products, recycled products, biodegradable products and others, please ask us and we will find the product.

QUALITY CONTROL
  1. PT. Asia Garment Internasional always ensures that all products pass all stages of quality control before being sent to the customer according to the specifications that have been determined and agreed with the customer.
  2. If small errors are found in the production process, we will make sure to convey it to the customer to get approval from the customer so that there will be no surprises in the future.

THINGS TO PAY ATTENTION TO IN QUALITY CONTROL
  1. At all stages of production, we carry out tests: procurement of materials/accessories, batik process, batik colouring, pattern preparation, pattern cutting, sample making, sizing, sewing, labelling, button holes, attaching buttons, packaging and others.
  2. The details that we always pay attention to are measurements, fabric quality, accessories quality, number of fabrics, number of accessories, quality of stitches and others. Accessories include: buttons, labels, tags, hard cloth, zipper, laces, elastic, pom poms, laces and others.
  3. After everything is finished and passes all QC stages, then our goods are packed and ready to be sent according to customer requests.
SEND TO YOUR LOCATION, STOCKIST OR DIRECTLY TO STORE OR CLIENT
  1. PT. Asia Garment Internasional ensures and selects the most suitable shipping method for customer needs and based on customers’ requests.
  2. We will provide the best alternative in terms of shipping and will use the most reliable, cheap, effective and efficient freight forwarder.
  3. We will ship to all locations the customer wants worldwide from 144 countries by DHL (The service of Air plane and container to port only).
  4. We ensure that all shipments are accompanied by packing lists, invoices and specifically for shipping to America, we ensure that all shipments have been registered with the ISF so that when the goods arrive the customer can pick up from the custom smoothly without any problems.
  5. In each country there is a duty tax obligation that must be paid by the customer and the amount is different from each country. We ask the customer to contact the custom broker to find out the details of the duty tax or contact the nearest DHL if shipping via DHL.
  6. We are able to send to the customer's main warehouse, but if the customer wants direct delivery to their store, client, or end user, then we are ready to carry out the work and the customer simply provides the complete address with the zip code and telephone number of the destination along with a list of products from each delivery destination.
  7. With this facility, we want to help solve customer problems. Customers may prefer this service because customers don't need to resend from their warehouse, as it is sent directly from our office, saving time and costs.
